Review content:
I called to place an order the day BEFORE I need my selection delivered. I explained that they were being delivered to my wifes place of employment and that she only worked until 2PM. I asked that they be delivered as early as possible so that she may enjoy them while she was at work.\r

I still had not heard from her by 10:30 so I called the florist to see when they were to be delivered. I was told that they understood that she was only there till 2 and would have them there by 1PM. That was very disappointing as I had ordered and PAID for them the day before and they were going to hand them to her on her way out the door. \r

They were nice enough on the phone, but this level of service and commitment to meet my request was simply a let down. I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. There is NO reason these were not put together and ready to be delivered first thing in the morning this was nothing short of taking my money an running. I feel cheated.
