I have been taking my dogs to Ridge Dog Shop for many years. Susan, at the front desk, is the absolute best. Her love for all her ""clients"" is evident. I like it that my dogs get the same groomers each visit so they are very aware of how I like my dogs to look. This past January,one of my dogs had to have ACL surgery and the staff could not have been more kind. Susan found a spot in the schedule for my dog to come in and get cleaned up before his surgery. She also groomed my other dog on the day of the surgery so that he wouldn't have to be alone at home. She called us several times to check on my dog's recuperation. They were very gentle with him when he could come for his 1st grooming after surgery. I would never take my dogs anywhere else.
