Businiess name:  Evergreen Donuts

Review content:
First off, this is not a ""boutique"" doughnut shop or polished retail concept. It is, by definition, a cheap doughnut shop. There is no atmosphere to speak of, and, though they have tables, it is not a place to go to sit down and relax.\r \r That being said, the doughnuts themselves stand up favorably and, in my opinion, exceed those from Top Pot, Mighty-O or anything else I've tried in the Seattle area (admittedly, I prefer raised doughnuts to cake doughnuts).\r \r The cake doughnuts are good but the raised doughnuts really stand out. They are consistently slightly crisp on the outside and airy and chewy on the inside. They can tend to be sweet, but they are, after all, doughnuts.\r \r For a good, solid hole-in-the-wall doughnut, these are the best around. Pros: the doughnuts Cons: atmosphere (if that matters to you)
