In the past nine months I have lived at Autumn Hill I have had more maintenance issues than I have had in my entire life. The staff is completely rude and have no place in a customer service industry. Even the manager does not know how to treat customers. She is snotty, arogant, and dismissive. But this is just the start of the problems here. In the first two months at Autumn Hill I was robbed by me next door neighbor while I used the on-site gym (which is full of broken equipment). Two weeks later he was arrested for armed robbery of an apartment two building down. The rest of the complex is full of drug dealers and users and drug distribution and use goes on in plain sight. Management does not seem to care about either these issues or maintenance problems. Just last night I was forced to rent a hotel (which I will not be compensated for) because my apartment was filled with the smell of putrid chemicals to the point that I threw up. The staff at the emergency call center gave me the worst customer experience of my life and the staff at Autumn Hill didn't care this morning when I informed them of the situation. BAD APARTMENT COMPLEX, WORSE NEIGHBORS, AND EVEN WORSE STAFF! The only redeeming quality is that the actual maintenance men are courteous, friendly, helpful, and respectful .... too bad they can't run the place.
