Spendy is an understatement. There is no restraint in pricing anything that isn't a ""staple"", but we can't live on butter & milk products. Everything else is sky high, but good quality. $2 a lb for onions, the samed are .49 lb at Sunflower. Gotta shop around! Wild Oats had a much better quality selection and prices were lower then. Now that they are building a huge new store downtown in the parking trap at Trolly Square, I wonder how they'll fair. I do love the vendors they represent, Like Sunbridge farms pesto & microgreens.
