hmm lets see what is good about The Seasons... oh wait they are under new management now and changing the name to Parkwood... so what is good??? NOTHING, seriously there is nothing good about these apartments. Rent may be reasonable but these apartments are crap and need to be torn down and rebuilt, not just repainted (like they are doing now)
I have lived here 2 years, not by choice, economy is hard.
Most of the people that live here drive through the complex fast, with no regard to children or other tenants. They blast their music loud at all hours of the day and night, teens/young adults and children vandalize the property all the time. No one picks up there dog poop, especially when their dog does it in front of your apartment!
Maintenance...ugh maintenance sucks. its pathetic. nothing gets fixed, it takes days for them to show up and half of them if not all of them can not even speak english to communication is awful!!
people that dont even live here can park their car and leave it for days, weeks, and the office staff does nothing. So parking sucks.
It is gated but nearly everyone here does not have a key card for whatever their excuse is, so they wait for someone to let them in. or even better yet they drive through the exit!
I do not recommend this place unless you are a thug. because thats what lives here. the few of us that are good people, we are trying like hell to get out of here.
