I called Le Bakery Sensual on a Saturday and left a voice-mail message, asking for a cake for the following Tuesday. On Monday, I was called by a man from Le Bakery Sensual and was assured I could have the cake on Tuesday (the following day). I then e-mailed, at his request, a picture of what I wanted on the cake (it was very simple) and the time I needed it the following day. On Tuesday at 11:00, I called and asked if the cake was ready yet. After being put on hold (apparently the staff was looking around the bakery), I was told that my order had obviously been misplaced and that no cake had been made. The man with whom I was speaking at that time was the same man I talked with on the previous day (Monday). Very disappointing to have an office birthday party without the cake I had ordered and was assured I would get. I will not call LeBakery Sensual for any bakery item again.
