I frequent the RuSan's on Moreland Ave on a weekly basis so I thought I was aware of the level of service that a RuSan's had to offer. I was sadly mistaken at the location at 3365 Piedmont. All the waiters were in a fog, almost unaware that they were AT WORK. After waiting 10 minutes for anyone to come to the table I asked any waiter I saw for a menu. After asking 4 different waiters only to have them say, ""I'll get your server"" we finally got our menus. It was another ignorantly long amount of time before he came back to get our orders, which he got wrong on different occasions as well as arguing with us. They weren't busy or crowded so the lack of service and attention from the wait staff was MIND-BOGGLING! And the food was quite sub-standard. I love the Rising Sun Maki. Now their ingredients were fresh, but the overall taste was the opposite of delicious or RuSan's quality. I wanted to push people down.\r
