What you are about to read is false and was written by a company called secure remote support to promote their business by ""piggybacking"" Geeks Squads Reviews.
How many times do I have to leave a message before I am inclined to think you don't have any intention on making good on their promise of a refund for not completing the service I paid for. i took them my pc to have virus's removed and picked it up a week later. When I got it home I noticed that they had not done anything at all to it. I still was getting pop ups and was being redirected to some explicit website. There is no way that this had been fixed by them because I would hope they double check their work. I have called multiple times and left messages everytime and still have not had a call back in over a week. I am a student and need this machine for my school work and am fearing that it may affect my grades this term. I have finals this week and am now having to borrow money to have someone else take care of my computer problems.
