I found this place once by accident, and it turned out it was something of a local legend. I felt really lucky to stumble on it. The fish was good, but I enjoyed some of their cooked specials even more. Try the one called ""locals only."" It's really good. Sit at the bar and your sushi chef might surprise you with extra treats. By him a beer and you'll improve your odds. In spite of the college town/just off State Street location, Arigato draws a slightly older crowd. The restaurant is small and fills up fast, so you might have to wait a little bit for a table but it's so worth it.
Pros: great food, cooked specials
Cons: small, gets very busy, sushi rolls only ok
