I've bought two machines from Sew E-Z and Frieda has walked and talked me through every question. I have a third Janome that was purchased before I had the good fortune to find Sew E-Z and Frieda has shown me tricks of the trade on that machine as well.
I highly recommend this shop for all of your Janome sewing and embroidery needs. When I buy another machine you can bet it will be from Sew E-Z.
