Review content:
Had the WORST waxing of my life at this salon. I was severely burned, had torn skin, was at a high risk for infection, and I was told my ""hair was too fine"", thus it couldn't all be taken off, I've been doing this for 5 years and that's never been a problem before. Now, (after more than a week) I'm worried about scarring. Upon calling to complain, I was told I could only have half of my payment back, and when I arrived at the salon and demanded my full payment, I was taken into a back room by the owner and lectured, and told ""not to come back"", she was ""uncomfortable with the concept of waxing"", and ridiculously rude. I am considering calling the Health Department. Avoid this place at all costs-it's pretty, but the customer service was APPALLING.
