I've been living at Woodmoor for over two months now, and maybe I haven't been here long enough to see all sides of the picture, but so far I like what I'm seeing.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit is decent.... new carpet, some of the appliances are a little older than I'd like, but they are in working order. Our few maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. We've never seen a roach in our unit. We've got a nice view of some nice trees, and have never had any problems with parking or noise. We signed a one year lease, but are considering two because if it ain't broke...
My only complaint so far is that the laundry rooms require a prepayed card to operate, and you can only prepay that card during office hours, and we found ourselves in a serious pickle early on in our move, but have since learned to keep enough money on the card to cover a few loads.
Pros: well kept grounds, quite complex, pet friendly
