Products are awesome, so are the prices. Customer Service is Terrible, first time shopping there and was purchasing baby products and some clothing items. Decided I would write a check for my purchases, they would not accept it, they said that they could not take a check from a city only 30 miles out side of Littlefield. My bank is located in Littlefield as well as Lubbock. The Member of management that was called up was very rude and the young man that called her up there was not very helpful or knowledgeable, I asked him to repeat the member of managements name again to me and he said he was not allowed to give out names. But her name was Andrea and his name was Nicholas. I just wanted him to repeat her name to me and he refused. I did end up paying with my checking card although I should have just left my purchases there and normally I would have with such sorry customer service, but I was purchasing items for my brand new baby niece and her mother was with me. The members of management should be ashamed.
