Appears that the Rod and Gun is under new ""Management""(??). As a Vet, disabled Vietnam Vet, very disappointed in this place today. Have been going there off and on for several years, but today all kinds of new rules. Went there with my Son (Iraq war Vet) and 17 year old Grandson. Have been teaching my Grandson about guns and shooting since he was about 12. He's an excellent shot with a rfle or pistol. Have been taking him to the R&G since he was 13. But the person at the counter today said that he had to have a certificate for a gun training course before he could even be on the range. ""Can not even sit in the vehicle and can't sit inside because he's not 21."" A very obnoxious person impressed with his own self importance. And a $9 fee for vets, retirees?? Thought this WAS a good place just to go shoot a few rounds with my Son and Grandson. Apparently not.
