Businiess name:  Chase Bank

Review content:
After reading the review dated July 10, 2010, I felt compelled to write.\r \r I've been banking with Chase for about 7 years. I started when they were Washington Mutual, and just continued going there once JP Morgan/Chase took over.\r \r I LOVE this bank! The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable, the bankers are extremely helpful and customer-oriented. I like the Chase Mobile app that allows me to do almost 100% of my bnaking on my smartphone. The only reason I have to go into the branch is to get cheered up by the friendly, familiar faces who always greet me there.\r \r I honestly don't know what the reviewer who posted the first review was talking about when they said ""horrible manager, pretentious predatory business. STAY AWAY."" I know that there are people in this world who you just can't satisfy, and that reviewer sounds like one of them. I formerly had a bank account with BofA, which I opened in 1986 and closed in 2004. Almost 20 years with that bank and I finally had enough of them gouging me with fees that made absolutely no sense. I switched to WaMu (soon to become Chase) and have never been happier.\r \r The only negative things I have to say about the Lompoc Chase branch is that they don't have a drive-thru, and the parking is kinda tight sometimes due to the popular Cajun Kitchen being located next door. Other than that, I would highly recommend this bank to anyone! All of my kids have accounts here and none of them have ever had a problem with Chase.
