I had my car towed to the Lexus delaer friday night because it decided to not start after work.I got a call from the dealer telling me i needed $1275 in repairs to get it started.Crying like a little baby i was at a friends house and she told me to call the guys @ Saddleback they are my mechanics and get a second opinion because it sounded high.I called and spoke to a guy by the name of MAC and he was very concerned and not knowing me took the time to explain what he thought was the problem then he asked which dealer is the vehicle at and who was the sevice writer,he then called for me and somehow got the vehicle to his shop(mind you no $126 dollar diagnostic charge) called me 3 hours later and explained exactly what the car needed which i could not believe because the repairs were $387 dollars!!!!!!! I got my car back saturday evening running great and they even washed it for me!!!!!!!!! Mac and the guys @ Saddleback are awesome(and CUTE) and i WILL recommend them to everyone!!!!!! Thanks Mac, another customer for LIFE!!!!!!!!!
