Never use these unprofesional cheapskates!! This was my second time using these people. I had them hem some pants and they hemmed the pants way to short. at least 2"". I complained to the owner Ben and asked for my $11 back. He said there was no way they did this and that ''i was the one'' who made the mistake. What??!!! I was upset but politely asked Ben, the owner, to consider his unprofessional customer service skills. Especially for a measly $11. Ben began to raise his voice, have an angry countenance, and gesticulate violence. He said to me, ""If you don't get out of here I am going to _____"" He stopped short of threatening with violence because another customer and eyewitness saw everything. He saw Ben's complete loss of control. I was ready to call the police if he even raised his fist in anger toward me. I informed the BBB (better business bureau) of his hostile attititude in hopes he saw his mistake. I would never use this cheapskate ever again!
