I took my expensive jeans here to get hemmed and the lady told me to take my shoes off for it! I thought that was weird, but did it anyways and when she marked them, she marked them where they touched the bottom of my heel. I told her that I wanted them to be a little longer, so when I wore shoes, they would touch the ground. She assured me that she would be sure to make them an inch and a half too long. Well, she didn't. They are too short and don't even touch the ground when I am barefoot. Now my $216 jeans are ruined. I took them back to her and she told me that it wasn't her fault, they have two ladies who work there and she must have done them and didn't know to make them longer. Ridiculous! I am so furious now and will NEVER go back. Do not take your pants to get hemmed here!
