These people are effin idiots.
My first experience with them was positive to repair a pane of glass in my home.
I called them a second time when my dog broke a second pane. They told me that they would be out tomorrow. On the morrow, I called at 4:50pm asking if they were still planning on showing up, as so far they were a no show. After fumbling around for 5 minutes with me on hold, they hung up on me.
Stay classy, customer no-service noobs.
