Review content:
I was looking for a truck and went there. The sales lady was very nice and helpful. I looked around for a couple of more weeks and got a call from the sales lady who offered me a price that I liked. Up on my return to the dealership a few days later, they told me that they will lose money if they sold me the truck at that price. I was shocked and expressed my displeasure with their deceptive tactics. The sales manager got involved and he came across as rude at best, and showed me (the customer) the way out. I left. Within minutes I got a call from the sales lady once again, offering me the same price again. What did they discuss after I left? Not sure.\r \r I went back and during finalization of the deal they tried to sell me so many other services/products that I don't really need. They lied about a couple of repairs that were needed on this brand new truck. They told me it will fixed in a single day, but later their own service department laughed and said it was impossible to do all that work in a single day.\r \r This dealership is colonized with crooks, and they are good at bringing the worst in their customers. If you casually go walk around this dealership during the day, you may observe their salesmen hanging out outside and cursing at each other, or like me, you may find them fighting each other.\r Cons: Deceptive, false promises, offensive negotiation tactics
