Businiess name:  Roman's Pizza
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Okay, I have to admit, the pizza is good. But the customer no-service and inconsiderate nature of the staff makes this place one to avoid. \r I had been going to Roman?s for six months and always enjoyed it, although every visit was met with somewhat dismissive service, like it was a hassle to take my order and get my pizza to me. The last time I was at Roman?s, I was charged $48 for a large three-topping pizza and two salads! I kept asking the 16 year-old girl (who also was shocked by the price) to recalculate the order. First, she thought I had ordered two pizzas, Next, she thought I had ordered a (more expensive) gluten-free pizza. After numerous explanations of what I actually DID order, and her totaling up the bill, I gave up. Only one other employee came over (for an entire minute-and-a-half) to try to straighten up the mistake, before shrugging and returning to some other task.\r Hey, the pizza is good, but not that good. So they got my $50. I hope it was worth losing a customer forever. \r Pros: Good pizza. Cons: Everything else.
