I've been only been to essentials for waxing, but I've always been pleased with the results. For bikini, they make you feel comfortable and talk to you so there's no awkwardness while you get waxed. I've had Jaclyn each time I've been there and she's very sweet. Essentials is clean, convenient, and offers a nice experience. Prices are reasonable.
