Review content:
The size and price of the apartments are great...but that's where the fun stops. The Management team is awful - in 6 years I've seen 6 different managers and all but one were incompetent at best. They tell a man he can't sing because it disturbs the neighbors (daytime) but they won't tell the ghetto foul mouthed teenagers to stay away from TOT-LOT!!! That’s daytime and night time. Yes, the area designed for the 5 yr olds is often over run with F*** Ni**** Motherf***** and all kinds of other pleasantries – we hear it almost every day. We complain and they do nothing!!! They won't fix things - our front door has been broken for 4+ years...we've submitted in writing and they've taken note during annual inspection - does that get it fixed - nope. Trees die, they don't replace so the property gets more and more barren every year. Inside doors break if you push too hard. Whether sealing is so bad you can see sunlight through the cracks when your door is closed. They won't replace filters. They do have nice washers and dryers. Earlier this year the assistant manager BURNED HER APARTMENT DOWN!!! Drugs are being dealt throughout property. I've seen teenagers beating up children (as in 7 yrs old!!!). If you have good kids - don't move here. If you are ghetto trash, well then I guess you'll fit right in and do whatever you want because management doesn't have the balls to stand up to anyone...especially the teenagers who roam the property.
Pros: Size, Price - Nice Area
