Very Very pushy service. Very bad experience. They said they will insure the diamond for one year and push you to buy it and later don't send the documents and you end up calling them everyday to get your documents. Milanj promised that he will insure my diamond for one year and never stayed with his promise. Their prices are marked 50% more than real market value and if your are a good bargainer they will come down to 10%discount that is all. I am not at all happy with their service for the amount of business I gave them. Their prices compare to Jared are 50% higher. Shop around guys before you end up at this store. Good luck everyone.
