Feb 20'07 @ 7:57pm, a group of ladies, party of 4, went there to talk and relax. We just lost a good friend. We ordered drinks and appetizers. My drink had a fruit fly floating around in it. Informed the waitress (Cheryl) who said oh it's JUST a fruit fly. I informed her I wanted a different drink. The attitude appeared. Throughout the night no MANAGER ever visited our table to see what happened. We asked our waitress was there a manager on duty, she said yes. Waiting for a manager to visit our table. NO SHOW!! I informed the waitress ""It's really strange no one as come to our table to check on us, especially since a FRUIT FLY was in my drink"" She said she would tell him. VERY POOR SERVICE/MANAGEMENT. Still NO SHOW!! I did not receive an apology or even a discount off my bill. When leaving she immediately ran to the door to ask if anyone at our table paid with a credit card. She should have known how we paid, we were the last customers to leave before closing. I guess that was due to NO TIP left on the table. Everyone in our party states we will NEVER visit that restaurant AGAIN!!
Pros: The food came out in a timely manner.
