September 22,2010\r I'm so appreciative to the Patterson Avenue Child Care givers for all they've done for my little girl. I was looking for a place where children are ‘cared’ for, a nurturing environment that not only allows them to be children, but one that also teaches and supports their developmental skills. I’m so glad that I found this and much more in Patterson Avenue Child Care. I was amazed at how quickly she transitioned into the new program and it was evident that it's because the teachers know what they're doing. \r \r I love..love..love the well-rounded program because the kids get to be kids when they play, and then transition to a learning environment several times in the course of the day. My little girl is always very proud of her art-work, math, and sight-words just as much as she loves the music class.\r \r I’m truly amazed that the teachers, with the guidance of their extremely knowledgable and caring director,Jeanna, do so much with the kids in a small setting. Before coming to Patterson, she attended a much bigger day-care, but got very little out of it. \r \r This place is indeed a home for our kids away from home. Every day I’m reminded that I should have brought her here long before now, but I’m glad she got here.\r \r Unlike other ""big"" day-cares where nobody truly cares about the kids except the money, you guys have shown that your priority is A CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT!\r \r Thank you so much!\r \r
