I stopped by Cypress Creek @ Reed Rd looking to inquire about apts. The were fellow potential customers inside the lobby to, and no one was being greeted or seen. As I looked toward the back of the office, the employees were socializing, instead of attending the customers. When the staff finally realized that there were 8+ people waiting, only one employee came out to help and was quite rude. Secondly, the employee who assisted everyone was not helpful at all. And when asked if they had any brochures, her response was ""not any to give out, sorry"". I got a hint of racial profiling @ Cypress Creek at Reed Rd. Never returning there again, not professional at all.
