i just have to say that the women who answer the phones are lovely. They are friendly and on top of everything. They really do want to help you in anyway they can. Of course getting yelled at by RUDE customers don't help their day become any easier. they work through it and provide excellent service. They are truly special people and i thank them so much for the help they gave me.
Pete's Major appliance would be NOTHING with out them!
