Review content:
The store is located in the middle of no where in an industrial park. When I arrived for my ""appointment"", I joined a room with two other people and four remaining empty seats. The salesperson caught me up ... that there were 4-5 parts to the appointment, ending with the prices of the spas. I looked around, saw only 4 spas in the showroom and asked how long the appointment would take and was told 1-1/2 hours!! I felt like I was scammed into sitting in a timeshare presentation - and many of those don't last that long! I left and called the number I placed the ""appointment"" with and told them they need to share with their potential customers that when they visit a showroom they are signing up for a 90+ minute information session at best. Cons: appt times at their convenience, deceptive sales pitch
