I was impressed with the promptness and the return call. \r \r However the rest of the story is not as admirable. \r They used the cheapest of boards, and they were noticeably smaller than the boards (fascia and trim boards) they were removing and cutting into. The joints were gooped with bondo with little or no effort to smooth them out for appearance sake. When asked about the difference in size the response was they do not make that size any more, which come to find out is not true. \r \r If you use these folks - be careful, and make sure you know what the repair will look like after the job. State the job must use like for like boards, and the bondo must be wood bondo, not fix it all (which melts away after one or two years). Leave room in the contract for buy approval and demonstration of matching of replacement wood.\r
