I don't even know where to begin. I guess first of all, I will never go back. The service was ridiculously slow, unprofessional, and rude. My glass of wine that I ordered from the bar took at least ten minutes to arrive at my table. I could see my wine just sitting there waiting to be picked up. I guess I could have gotten it myself, but I had no interest in serving myself. My chicken was way undercooked and there was hard, crusty, dried on cheese on my plate. How many people could have overlooked this, when I was able to see it right away? Nothing came to the table promptly, and I could see my server socializing like he was at a party and not at work. The experience was terrible and they lost out on me spending any more money in that joint. I went across the street to Bahama Breeze and had a wonderful dessert and after dinner cocktail with personable service. Pros: Ummmm.... don't know Cons: enough said
