Have been renting from PMG for two years, during that time they have repeatedly failed to address problems like rodent infestation, physical damage to the building and physical distress to the unit itself.
Most recently, PMG repsonded two weeks after there was water leaking through my ceiling only to shut the heat off for the entire building on a Friday afternoon, leaving the heat off for the entire weekend, which was also the coldest weekend of the year. None of the building's tenants were given warning that the heat was going to be shut off, and none were offered interim accomodations during the heat outage. When the work was finally completed, it was done so without notice, the contractors gained entry to my apartment without my permission and then proceeded to leave my apartment covered in grime, my furniture dirty and my possessions scattered around.
I cannot recommend that you rent from PMG based on my two year experience renting from them.
