Review content:
I used Two Men and a Truck Orlando (379 West Michigan Street, Ste. 200, Orlando, FL 32806) to move our furniture on 4/9/2009. They showed up 45 minutes late, but got moving quickly. In fact, I was so impressed with the concern they showed my furniture and how fast the move seemed to go, that I intended to tip the men (three of them) at the end of the move. I had to leave to get the money from the ATM before they were done. I had the money ($200) in my wallet to pay them. When I went to get the money from my wallet, it was GONE! Of course they all denied taking it, so I asked to talk to a supervisor. Mike, their supervisor, called me and he advised that he never had a complaint about any of the men. I asked him if there were a formal complaint form or anything I could have on file, and he told me there wasn't. He said he would 'shake down' the guys when they returned to the office. He advised me to pay my bill and he would call me back after speaking to the men. He did call back in a couple of hours and told me that he personally inspected each mans belongings and found no money. Well...duh....would you keep the money in your personal belongings if you had taken it and know that you are being accused? Anyway, basically Mike said that he didn't believe ME! Even though I could produce the ATM receipt clocked at an hour before the job was complete. He told me he could not and would not do anything about it. That is where it was left.\r \r Then when I went back to check the bill, I found that they overcharged me by an hour! The men didn't show up when they stated on the bill and they were delayed leaving because of the money being stolen and THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME! \r \r I know that if I call the office and refute the charges, they will do nothing, so I'm chalking this one up to experience.\r \r I don't recommend this team for your move unless you watch your personal belongings very carefully!\r Pros: It's over Cons: They steal money from you
