All I wanted to do is to change my credit card number. It took about three months (if it has been fixed, I am not sure as of now). I spoke with 6 different people.
Please don't make the same mistake I did. Don't use ADT under no circumstances. they are absolutely the worst. They are scammers and they have the worst customer service you will ever experience anywhere in the world!
From the bottom of my heart, avoid the aggravation and unnecessary waste of time. money and more importantly peace of mind!
