I hated my experience here! When I pulled up the guy made no eye contact with me, just said to pull forward and hand over my keys. The lot is completely creepy and in a bad neighborhood. I asked if they had 24 hours security, which of course there is, and if cars ever get broken in to. The man at the desk refused to make eye contact with me, and did not give me a straight answer regarding break-ins, only that he personally hadn't had a problem. It was obvious he was lying. He didn't ask for my name or reservation, just stated that he had all of my information from the security cameras. The shuttle wasn't the greatest, but was there right when I was leaving.
When returning from my trip, I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to come pick me up, which seemed like forever after seeing the other parking lot vans pass by 3 and 4 times! I had to lug my suitcase in and out of the van myself (so there went his tip!) They also tried charging me $12 extra for returning late, which I was not late. I told him I would never be returning again, and then he waived the extra money. Thankfully, my car was unharmed and everything turned out fine.
I will not be returning here, it's not worth the price!!!! Pay a couple extra $$$ and park in a safe location with friendly people!
