I was there the same morning as the gentleman below me and needless to say, his anger and accusations are a little harsh. He's wrong in saying it didn't rain because it did rain all through the night and into the morning when they were supposed to open. Granted they did open late and not change their voicemail, however, the employee who arrived at 9 am was very courteous and apologetic for the inconvenience. I too was getting a detail and was also told that I would receive a phone call when it was finished. Obviously the man that didn't receive a phone call didn't give them enough time because I was called around 5:30 pm; and for the price I paid for my detail (by using a huge coupon) it's needless to say that I got my money's worth. Everytime I have gone back since then I have definitely been satisfied. Granted sometimes the wait is a little long, but you have to kind of expect that when you go to get your car washed at 1 pm on a sunny Saturday afternoon and it's packed. From what I've seen on reviews and by going to the car wash myself I can say I love Sky and the hate going towards this place is very undeserved.
