Hey, somebody's gotta comment on this gayborhood fixture. The owner is obnoxious, but fortunately, you don't have to deal with him when you visit this friendly little watering hole. The customers are a bit older on average than at the other bars, but sooner or later, a cross-section of the entire gay community (including the occasional lesbians) comes in here for decent cheap drinks and camraderie. And if they don't come in, they pass by on Locust Street--the big windows in front open wide in good weather so you can take in the whole scene and even interact if you choose.
