I've been going to this office for over 10 years, because I love the Nurse practitioners, but am leaving because of the office staff.\r \r I was supposed to be referred to a specialist, and a few weeks later, had still not heard anything back from either office, so I called to check in. . .long story short, they had the incorrect contact information for the specialist, and apparently didn't know this because they send faxes via computer, and don't get confirmation about whether the faxes are received or not.\r \r Maybe they just have too many patients? \r \r Again, the NP's are great, and make every effort to help you, but if you want to be a patient here, you need to do a lot of following up. \r \r Pros: Vicki and Teresa Cons: Office staff doesn't really care.
