i recently purchased a '99 Land Rover from eastlake auto sales, and upon getting hone, i noticed a coolant leak which had been horribly repaired with some sort of putty. not even 12 hours of having the land rover, the fuel pump gave out and it wouldn't run. they sounded appalled that this had happened and agreed to make the needed repairs. but this was only the beginning to my nightmare. for six straight days they kept my vehicle and never once gave me a straight answer about the status. never once got a call from them, after they insisted they would keep me updated, and every time i called, i got a different answer to the progress. for 6 days they did this, jerking me around and claiming to not have ANY idea what was going on. my advice is to save yourself some trouble and AVOID this dealer at ALL cost. go somewhere else and get a reliable car and better service. i can only imagine how many other of the cars on their lot may experience the same headaches. Cons: everything
