The hotel is spectacular in the kind of service its employees offer! All are very helpful and devote their undivided attention to you. The room we stayed had a magnificent view and an impeccable design. It offered a selection of current magazines, although there was no coffee maker. The bathroom was very nice. On the 7th floor they have an excellent pool, whirlpool, sauna, steamroom, and small gym. Better still they offer free daypasses to an adjacent full-facility gym!! Location is also perfect - adjacent to an upscale mall with train service to the airport, shops, and cinemas. Although they don't offer you airline miles, the extra level of comfort is worth the price as long as you are not overpaying. Pros: gym, access thereof, service, free magazines Cons: no coffeemaker, price, image of exclusivity
