As soon as you are seated, you are greeted by and made feel welcome by your server. The restaurant is known for its steaks but you cannot go wrong with any of its other entrees. The Seared Atlantic Salmon was made to perfection! If you do not know which bottle of wine to order, feel free to ask your server, for they are all trained to have an extensive knowledge of wine.\r

Though at first you might be taken back by its price, it only takes a few moments to realize that the food, service, atmosphere, and experience is worth every cent and more! You cannot beat Diamond Back's.
