Michelle transformed my long layers into the cutest short, above the chin style. I love it & I love her!!! I was totally stressed about chopping the appx 8 inches off. She listened to all my ideas and concerns and made recommendations based on my face shape and hair texture. She gave me exactly what I wanted, as if she read my mind. I will definitely return. No pushy sales, she even told me I could go a little longer than I thought for my next cut. Oh, and they wrap your head and shoulders in yummy warm towels as they wash your hair. Great value for the money!
Pros: Love my haircut!!
Cons: More than I'd like to pay but worth every cent
