I've been going to Salon FX for two years, to the same stylist, and am a BIG TIPPER. Last week I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes, with repeated promises that it would be ""just 5 more minutes!"" It was like noon on a weekday and no one was even there! I ended up leaving, and never got a call apologizing or anything. From now on, I'm going to TRIM!
