Review content:
We were members at Bally's and really enjoyed this place, but since they switched to LA Fitness the level of customer service has been so terrible we had to quit. They lied to us about being able to use our previous personal training sessions just to get us to sign up. First they told us we could keep our sessions. Then they told use we couldn't after we signed up. All they do is give you the run around to try to confuse you into staying with them. We set up 3 training sessions, and when we got there the trainer wasn't there. It is so unprofessional, and they don't even realize it. There are so many other gyms in this city. I regret that we wasted our time here. Please don't make the mistake we did.
