I've used this vendor for years and always had good service until now. Called on Sunday and didn't hear back until Tuesday. Returned their call within 60 second...but it rang and rang and rang. Left voice mail. THe rude women at the other end said they never got the message...and it would be ANOTHER day until they could come out. I mentioned we lived in the same neighborhood as the owner AND had used them for oh 20 years...,Just rudeness.\r

So I'm shopping plumbers. If you employ people like this women and can't service people quick enough you don't deserve my business.
