Review content:
I can only recommend to people NOT to move into these apartments. Management seems to have other priorities when it comes to the apartments. Instead of listening to the tenants who pay their salaries, management dance around the problems and resolve issues to their convenience (if the issue gets resolved)! \r
\r
Management employees don't have a grasp of how the apartment complex should be maintained. One employee will almost say anything to appease the tentant to basically shut them up. While always stating that the issue will get done/fixed, nothing happens. It may takes months or the problem never gets fixed. And the manager is never there or if she is ""in"" she's never around to speak to. \r
\r
Unit issues only become a priority when you use the word ""Liability"". \r
Example: My child was in the shower one evening and the ceiling panel where the A/C unit is, collapsed and luckily was held up by the shower curtain rod. Had that panel fallen on my child it could have severly hurt her. She was 6 at the time. I called up the after hours service line and explained to them what had happened, and told them that ""what just happened is a major liability. If my child got hurts or gets hurt because its not fixed, I would seek legal action"". The very next day it was fixed. Only then was something resolved. \r
\r
We always have a problem with the water pressure, NOT TO MENTION THE HOT WATER ISSUE in which I have had to contact the City about. Management will never let you know when they will turn OFF the water. They just turn it off and go about their business until they are finished. Sometimes it may take a whole day or more to have running water in the units again. \r
\r
Tenants are not Management's priority. We are like a nuisance to them, except when it comes to paying the rent. \r
\r
Everything in THE KENSINGTON CLUB is inconsistent, poorly maintained, and poorly managed. \r
\r
DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!
