I asked for CARAMEL highlights with the stylist I had went to already-3x's...I received almost WHITE highlights - went back and another stylist glossed over my entire head so that I was back to square one - hundreds of dollars for original hair screw-up, free for correction. Went back weeks later with stylist who fixed hair and again asked for CARAMEL/Light Brown-lowlights, ...would you believe there was AGAIN the ultra light blonde with yes caramel highlights...with my light to medium brown roots though I looked as if I tried to do it myself and they blatantly did not blend..of course he scrunched my hair and I didn't notice how severe the light highlights against my roots were until my daughter started giggling when we went into the sunshine outside of the mall. NEVER AGAIN....I didn't even ask them to correct it - I bought some color at the drugstore. Pros: Convenient location, great products Cons: don't listen, add ons are expensive, aren' as good as pri
