I agree with both reviews above. We went to Richard try as buyer and he offered us that let him be his agent. Dec 2010 we made an offer on property waited 3 weeks this guy never responded or returned our calls. On the same property we made an offer again (BUYERS Here) For good 10 days no response and only moved after we had some talks with ReMax head office and told us ""Sale Pending"" on the property but on MLS it's still on sale. \r
We already know the fate of the property it's going in forclouse as Mr. Try & Co. wants it that way.\r
Sadly it's a short sale and owner is going homeless as when the property has lost enormous amount of value. It's been listed with Mr. Try for almost a year. \r
Think about it if an agent don't return your (buying agents calls) and can't sell ONE property in a year what good is his 18yrs of Experience?\r

I really think these people deserve proper investigation by law and people who have lost their homes due to these BAD APPLES should get together and SUE these people, have their licenses revoked and put them behind bars.\r
Owner of the company is also a JOKE\r
