Was totally disappointed with my very expensive hair cut - it was a mess. Waited 2 weeks to see if the hair would settle down before I phoned to express my disappointment - was told I would be contacted by a manager to discuss the situation - was never contacted - not that it matters - will NEVER go back!
Pros: The girl who washed my hair was very nice
Cons: The stylist destroyed my hair
